A great check in experience with the owner. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable with every thing we required. Parking nearby - paid at carpark - check prices before choosing carpark. Food was excellent at the restaurant. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Accommodation a short walk to everything in town and the waterfalls

Camere spaziose, pulite, vicino al centro e ad ogni escursione,negozi,cascate in prossimità, personale disponibile Ottimo.

Struttura veramente molto confortevole ampia sia la camera che il bagno e molto pulite, si trova a due passi dalle Cascate e dal centro, lungo la strada molto bella la casa con i cucù. Le signore alla reception, nonostante il mio pessissimo inglese e zero tedesco, sono state molto cordiali per farci capire al meglio tutte le informazioni. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La consiglio sicuramente a chi vuole fare un soggiorno a Triberg.

Uiterst vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaren van de B&B met een lekker drankje op het terras. Het huis is mooi gerenoveerd en wij hadden een erg ruime kamer met apart zitgedeelte. Smaakvol ingericht, schoon en een prettig bed. Villa Burgau is op loopafstand van de Altstad van Monschau. Het ontbijt is geweldig!

Excellent choice for a family stay in Triberg! The room was minimal, but we didn't go to Triberg to spend the day in it. However, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that you must check in by 6 p.m. There was a key box at the door, so maybe they can make accommodations for a later check-in.

Siamo stati a Triberg durante le vacanze estive. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Camera pulita, ottimo colazione e cena, parcheggio gratis. Personale disponibile e cortese. Consigliato qualora vi troviate nella Foresta Nera. Ci troveremo!

The actual map of where the rooms are located is misleading. Although the description states the rooms are 200 meters away from restaurant, the map shows where the restaurant is located. and not the rooms.The rooms are in an apartment building down hill on Kreuzstrasse. Parking is behind the restaurant up hill. After the 4th visit to the restaurant, calling, texting, someone appeared at the restaurant to check us in. Have daily room tax ready in cash Euros. (First and only time we had to pay tax separately in cash). And make sure the restaurant is open if you want breakfast there. Rooms were fine; no AC. Ground level room made it unsafe to open windows. There was no hot water.

Das Lilie liegt sehr gut direkt am Eingang zum Wasserfall. Sehr sch?ne Sonnenterrasse. Das Lokal ist sehr sch?n und Rustikal ausgestattet, der Service ist flott, freundlich und Aufmerksam. Unser Essen, Wildpf?nnle und Backh?ndel, war sehr gut und reichlich.

Das Gasthaus/ Cafè/Restaurant Lilie hat G?stezimmer in einem separatem G?stehaus wenige Meter entfernt. Die Unterkunft war modern, ger?umig, sauber. Das Bett war etwas weich, aber das ist ja immer sehr pers?nlich. Das Frühstück im Gasthaus war gut, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Leider haben wir die vom Chef pers?nlich hergestellten Schwarzw?lder Torten nicht probiert, sie sahen aber mega aus. Das n?chste Mal vielleicht.

The hotel is not what it appears. It looks like a nice roadside hotel from the pictures, but it is in the busiest part of town, and the actual hotel is two blocks away from where you check in. It was a nice room and we had no issues. Best part was we were the only ones who asked for breakfast, and the owner personally served us - very nice, good way to leave the town.
