This is an very old traditional Black Forest restaurant. This is supposedly in operation from 1906. Maintains the traditional Wooden rustic interiors and takes you back in time. Warm welcoming staff. Attile and another lady, our hosts, were all smiles and was happy to service us. We had variety of vegetarian to Black Forest pork to salad to soup to Black Forest special Black Forest cake. Food quality was very good and tasty. Quantity was adequate for a good eater. Well the pork was a bit chewey though! Rest were by far good and one should enjoy in this place. Cost is like a fine dine on the higher side Keep up Team. Good food… good ambience and free WiFi too… Have fun… cheers

The accommodations seemed fine for the mountain location. It was in the heart of Triberg, and the hosts were very friendly. They laid out a beautiful breakfast for us, and were very responsive to needs. Some suggestions to the owners: - supply the guest rooms with a phone to contact you with, and directions fr check-out, especially if those staying will be leaving earlier than you open - supply guest rooms with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more than enough toilet paper

Awesome place with great food and hospitality from the host. Located next to the waterfalls and serving one of the most delicious blakc forest cakes this should be on your iternary if you are coming to Triberg
